HYDERABAD — In a major global milestone for India’s property and urban development sector, the country is set to host the International Real Estate Conference for the first time. Hyderabad will welcome the 7th edition of the global summit, IREC 2026, scheduled from September 25 to 27 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre.
Themed “The Door to What Happens Next,” the three-day flagship conference is projected to convene more than 1,500 delegates and institutional leaders across 35 countries. Attendees include global institutional investors, private equity funds, real estate developers, urban planners, PropTech innovators, and senior policymakers.
The selection of Hyderabad reflects the city’s emergence as an international real estate powerhouse, supported by scalable transit infrastructure, established IT and Global Capability Centre (GCC) corridors, and progressive land policies.

Organized in partnership with the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), IREC 2026 aims to integrate India’s built environment deeper into international investment pipelines.
