With an extensive corporate career spanning more than two decades across talent acquisition, organizational development, and operational HR transformation, Joshi steps into the role to spearhead people strategy, culture-building, and executive workforce planning across the real estate and infrastructure entity’s expanding asset portfolio.

Joshi brings a proven record of leading human capital functions across high-growth, highly matrixed corporate environments. Over a 20-plus-year trajectory, his domain experience spans real estate, engineering and infrastructure, EPC delivery, and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Indian City Properties, Joshi served as Head of Human Resources at Puravankara Limited, where he led strategic talent planning, employee engagement, leadership pipelines, and performance management frameworks across multiple regional business units.
His earlier professional career features significant leadership and management stints across leading enterprises, including:
- Oberoi Realty: Playing an active role in institutionalizing talent benchmarks and performance metrics during key project expansion phases.
- Knight Frank India: Leading talent management, executive hiring, and business partnering within commercial advisory and transaction services.
