With an extensive corporate career spanning more than two decades across talent acquisition, organizational development, and operational HR transformation, Joshi steps into the role to spearhead people strategy, culture-building, and executive workforce planning across the real estate and infrastructure entity’s expanding asset portfolio.

The appointment comes at a pivotal time for commercial real estate developers, where securing institutional-grade talent and standardizing operational processes have become central to executing large-scale capital projects.

Bringing over a quarter-century of cross-industry expertise across retail, renewable energy, engineering, and manufacturing, Joshi’s career track record spans several marquee organizations:

  • Voltas (2001–2010): Steered HR excellence, business excellence, and continuous process improvement mandates, including a three-year international assignment in Dubai supporting the company’s international operations business.

Anchoring HR Excellence and Governance

Beyond operational HR leadership, Joshi is a certified Senior Assessor with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), having evaluated leading public sector enterprises and private corporations under the rigorous CII-HR Excellence Framework to strengthen institutional people governance and organizational maturity.

On the academic front, he holds a Master of Labour Laws (MLL) from the University of Pune, where he graduated as a bronze medalist, alongside an undergraduate degree in commerce from DAV College, Amritsar.

At Indian City Properties, Joshi’s diverse background across high-governance conglomerates positions him to institutionalize robust talent acquisition pipelines, automate core employee workflows, and cultivate an agile, capability-driven culture aligned with the group’s expansion ambitions.
